Nihao World’s stroke-order and writing activities use selected, locally stored stroke outlines and median paths from Hanzi Writer Data. The site renders its own learning interface rather than embedding the full Hanzi Writer library. Hanzi Writer is MIT-licensed; its character data is derived from Make Me a Hanzi and distributed separately under the Arphic Public License.
